The service was okay but the room wasn’t clean, the bedding had stains on the blankets. The bathroom and tub was nasty, we had to clean the shower before using it. And they had roaches
Bathroom was so dirty. Ask for someone to come clean the room was told some would do it in the morning because no one was avaliable. Had to go to walmart to purchase clorox clean up and towels because towels were so dingy. SPRAYED EVERYTHING DOWN IN LYSOL. Bed was sp unconformable. Could every spring in the mattress. Will never stay in another Red Roof.
The room was not very clean,the toilet and tub was not properly cleaned well the sheets didn't look too clean and there's no code for the WiFi in the room
This place should be CONDEMNED!
It is in extreme disrepair in all areas!
We went to our 1st room and the through the wall hvac unit was apart, and extremely dirty. Got the 2nd room, it smelled like cigar smoke, we booked no smoking, the tub floor was delaminating. You would cut your feet if you used it! Water was coming up through the floor, everything was very dirty, the door wouldn't lock, and we slept on top of the beds fully clothed because the place was so nasty!

No frills, mediocre interior, bed comfort was excellent. Very good for the price.
this property was not safe it was not clean and there was one bar/ restaurant next door that called itself a dive bar. it was that and a dollar general, everything else required a ride. the cleaning crew used a shopping cart to move their supplies room to room, and the noise of that would wake you from outside. the gap in the front door didn’t help. there was a handprint smeared on the wall, the shower has never been cleaned.
After the original hotel that I booked lost my reservation and all booked online through Expedia, this was the only option they gave me. This place is very rundown and in need of a lot of updating. It is definitely not worth what I was charged per night but I feel that I was taken advantage of due to it being Superbowl weekend. There is nothing in the area other than a gas station. I would not recommend this hotel or using Expedia.
terrible customer service and no one cared or true
you canceled my 3 rooms 2 weeks before the superbowl…..they said we canceled them … so 7 people had no where tocsteyand the red roof inn would not even try to get any compensation at all. it was horrible.
Worst stay ever we had dead roaches in the bathroom the water barely came out huge stain on in bed lights barley work and they was very rude they put us in a dirty room then when asked to move he caught a big attitude and threatened to kick us out even said all rooms were the same
