I love the hotel! I lived that our room bed and towels cleaned every day. That was amazing! I really liked how the staff was so friendly and the area we had was not loud even with the balcony to the courtyard. It was nice. I love how they close the doors after certain hours and how they have to show key card to come inside. Really made me feel safe. I wish there was a back entrance away from all the bourbon street chaos. It was our first time in NOLA and the hotel made it feel super safe and comfortable. The outside on bourbon street was fun during the week but the weekend was way too much than expected but the hotel ease my anxiety once I got in! Really enjoy the employees keeping the doors safe .

I was so disappointed. We've stayed with them often in the past and usually enjoy it. This time, the hot water was shut off in our room two nights in a row until I complained the next morning because we wouldn't be able to shower. I don't mean lukewarm, either. It was freezing cold. They advertised a pet area in the garage, but there wasn't one. The smoking area in the courtyard was freezing cold, with metal furniture and not even a cushion in the seat. The only saving grace was a very nice and helpful bellman in the lobby and an excellent breakfast at Desire Oyster Bar. We won't be back.

The worker was excellent and friendly. The hotel need cleaner towels and linens. For the price of the hotel, I hope the room will be great. The hotel is beautiful (lobby, cafe etc.)
