Very clean and well decorated rooms. Very convenient to have kitchenette in the studio. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Everyone greeted guests with a smile and made you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Room service was very fast, fresh and hot when delivered. Not very expensive either. It was a great option on my last night there. I would Definitely come back. Only downside, no pool.

Room was clean and the view was awesome. We got to see the new year fire works from the room. Everything was in walking distance and the street car stops were all down the street in front of the building. That was convenient after a night of drinking. Overall a good trip. Will definitely be using y’all for any future trips. Thank you.

Spacious room, walkable or short uber ride to french quarter & other attractions, nice rooftop area. But if you're choosing this hotel over another because of the advertised "breakfast included", you'll be highly disappointed. We stayed 4 days and not one day was the breakfast sufficiently available-if there's bagel then no cream cheese next day vice versa, somedays only white bread, the eggs area was empty, no fruits, no side potatoes, no plastic spoons, forks; guests were walking in circles around breakfast area looking for food & cutlery. Whoever is in charge of food management in this hotel, needs intense training. If you can't figure out how to stock up enough food and cutlery, just don't offer it as included in the hotel price.

Perfect! The location is ideal, you’re far enough away to not have to hear the noise of Canal all night, but close enough to walk right outside and to all the bars, restaurants and everything Canal has to offer. The staff were very nice from the minute we checked in! Love the option of self parking or valet! The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a whole kitchen setup. The rooftop is also a great vibe and you can get great views of the city! Overall I’d most definitely stay here again!

1) The front desk staff is outstanding - I wouldn’t even venture to say some of the best in the business. They know what they’re doing and they bust their butts to make sure all the guests have a good trip. Unfortunately? That’s about all you can say. The room as aged badly, there was mold in the grout and in the bathroom, and the molding and fixtures were scarred and needed repair and painting. The room smelled. The breakfast was standard powdered eggs. Overnight valet parking was $60 a night. Aging, below average property.
