A violation of any polices will result in immediate eviction from the property, additional charges, and a cancelation of your contract. By renting primary guest agrees to all terms. Pets must be kept in crate when left and you should inquire about additional rules or restrictions before booking if you are bringing any pet. Only small to medium sized potty trained adult dogs allowed and you are responsible for damage caused by any pet with you or your guest and cleaning up pet waste before checking out. No puppies!
