The front desk staff are awesome. Shout out to Lavender and Ms. Cherie for all their help and patience in my stressful situation. The room was comfortable and clean . If you want a quiet hotel Near everything 1 block from canal 3 blocks from Bourbon Street and under 15 mins from the French Quarter this is a perfect and reasonable spot

My room had water spots in the ceiling, A broken bulb in the bathroom, the HVAC system didn't work, The lobby bathrooms were disgusting having brown rings inside the urinals.
