The hotel was dated and tired, with noise being a major issue as the next door pub played loud music until 3 am. However, the front-of-house staff were friendly, and the shuttle bus driver was fantastic, providing excellent service. While the staff made a positive impression, the overall experience was let down by the hotel’s condition and noise levels.
