An absolute horrible experience. My family and friends were attempting to begin the celebration of my daughter's 16th birthday vacation. Upon arriving we noticed a very foul odor when we got out of our vehicles, and it was actually coming from the front of the property. You'll notice that there aren't any photos of the front of the property, that's because the property shares the garbage area with a supermarket, and it smelled horrendous! Omitting information is the same as lying. I took the keys out of the box to see the inside of the property to make sure it wasn't a complete scam (the trash odor was also in the hallway) only to find people coming out of the building leaving the door unlocked! These young men were going in and out of the building leaving the building door unlocked. There was no way I could subject my children and their friends to potentially being harmed. This is not an "Elegant condo" The host refused to refund my payment stating that he could not control the door being unlocked and that the trash will be picked up the next day, meanwhile the entire area was disgusting. I wound up having to spend an additional 400 to stay at a hotel. My children never so much as stepped a foot in the home.I filed a dispute with VRBO and the host's response was just as horrible as the property. He stated that I am "complaining about the garbage and door being unlocked but the unit is immaculate"
