Our home is a duplex ; 2 floors with a few stairs leading up to the 2nd floor . Our amazing guests have access to the entire house .

The 1st floor has a cozy living room , comfy office space , spacious dinning / game area, 1/2 bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen - perfect for long stay .

The 2nd floor has a full size bathroom with jacuzzi and 3 bedrooms as follows ;
Room 1 : This spacious master bedroom features ; a lavish queen size bed , a modern full size floor sleeper sofa , a walk-in closet , 32 inch Roku Tv and a full size bathroom with Jacuzzi .

Room 2: This space comes with a luxury full size bed , a walk in closet , a sleeper mattress and a 32 inch Roku TV

Room 3 : This has a modern boho full size bed , a full size sofa , a 32 inch Roku tv and large walk-in closet .

Kitchen : We keep our modern kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook even large meals !

- A smart LG refrigerator ; we provide complimentary snacks , Soda and Water ( Hotel style ) .

Some towels were not clean. They were stained and damp. Rug in the bathroom blocked the door. Very poor selection or rather no selection of pots and pans and outdated. No ladle, no teapot, no kettle. Downtown Manhattan one hour away. However, bed sheets were clean, rooms were clean, parking was fine. We slept well.

When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. If i needed anything he assured me not to hesitate to reach out to him. 10/10 I recommend!! I will stay again on our next visit to American Dream.

Renter Beware – Misleading Listing in a High-Crime AreaI booked this rental for a night while in town with friends for a concert. Driving through Orange, the area initially seemed decent. However, what the listing completely fails to mention is the very real safety risk of the neighborhood. According to crime maps, the street this property is on is rated dark red—an indication of high crime.While the photos of the interior look clean and modern, the outside tells a very different story. The street felt unsafe and unwelcoming. We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in and called the host to ask if we could at least drop our bags. He claimed the property was still being cleaned, yet no one appeared to be there. The mailbox was overflowing, and there were multiple unattended Amazon packages sitting out front—a red flag for both safety and upkeep.We spoke to several locals, including restaurant staff and someone working the concert venue, and every single one warned us not to stay in that area. That was enough for us—we ditched the rental and checked into a hotel.Bottom line: If you care at all about your physical safety, do NOT book this place. The listing omits crucial information about the neighborhood, and it’s not suitable for families or solo travelers, especially those with children. Looks can be deceiving—proceed with extreme caution.

Trip with kids

Overall the property inside was comfortable and spacious. The hosts was friendly and responsive. The property lists backyard (which was something we were looking forward with the 6 kids) but it was not useable. Area needs to be cleaned, space had construction materials and collection of broken appliances.

Felt like home

Quiet, safe and clean. This felt like my home. The area has a store super close for anything else I needed. Tvs in al rooms and a full kitchen that was nice for cooking. I will be back!
