This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located within the Willamette Valley, making it a convenient home base to gather on your visit to Oregon Wine Country!

Enjoy a movie or game in the spacious living area, relax by the cozy fire, or enjoy the ambiance of the covered outdoor patio equipped with a brick fire pit and large picnic table. This versatile space is truly a home away from home while you are on vacation or in town for work. Featuring a fully fenced backyard, this home is also excellent for a family vacation for the full furry-family, no need to leave any beloved pups behind.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts classic white marble countertops, a stainless steel Viking gas range, and everything needed for your culinary adventures. Enjoy your meal around the six-person dining table in the living room, with natural light coming in from the many windows on the main level.

On the second level of the home, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and boasts an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. It is beautifully designed with light colors and natural accents to make the space feel open and inviting. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds.  All three bedrooms exude that charming and calming feel that will have you sleeping soundly. 

Under a mile to downtown Newberg, Arioso House is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Forage Cafe, and Newbergundian, and downtown tasting rooms like Anam Cara, Chehalem Wines, and one of our fantastic bottle shops, Valley Wine Merchants. And don't miss out on shopping local at Pulp & Circumstance for some great local gifts or one of the many clothing shops like Little Bird Boutique. Newberg is bursting with local activities you surely don't want to miss out on when visiting - like the free art exhibit at the Chehalem Cultural Center, or live music in the summers at Tunes on Tuesday, and our monthly First Friday Art Walk is a great time to explore downtown. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is Champoeg State Park, a pleasant hike, or play disc golf with the kiddos. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.
