"Rannat" Sea Front House merinäköalalla

Talossa on avoin olohuone ja ruokailutila, josta on poikkeuksellinen merinäköala. Siinä on itsenäinen tukipoltin ja paljon tukkeja. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on sähköliesi / uuni ja astianpesukone. Rantaan pääsee askeleen päässä etupihasta. Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joista kahdesta on suora merinäköala. Suuressa kylpyhuoneessa on wc, kylpyamme ja suihku. Pyyhkeet toimitetaan.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut hyvää palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Newbiggin Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great little beach retreat

Lovely location

We loved sitting in the window of this property looking out to sea, the location was excellent with easy access to the prom and beach. Property itself was lovely, well equipped with all the little periphery’s ( kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc. check in and communication with the owner was also seam free. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place in great location

This very comfortable place was ideal for my wife, 3 son, and dog. Sea views from front room and bedrooms were amazing. The beach is directly accessible by a series of step with no road between. We have a well-behaved dog, and did not use the lead from house to beach. Our host Patsy was very responsive and took care of any minor issues very rapidly. Highly recommend even in the winter. I imagine it would absolutely incredible in the summer

Newbiggin by the Sea

This accommodation was lovely and the view from the front garden was excellent. It is a terrace house and the neighbours were very friendly. The only slight drawback was the back lane parking as the manoeuvre room was rather restricted.

Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem einzigartigen Ausblick sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets freundlich mit sehr schnellen Reaktionszeiten. Kleinere Probleme (Backofentür defekt) wurden sofort behoben, d.h. am nächsten Tag bekamen wir einen komplett neuen Ofen eingebaut.

Beautiful view

Great location and views to die for. Parking a bit tight but lovely neighbours who were happy to move cars around. We used the property as a base to attend a wedding and extended our stay to visit Alnwick and Holy Island - Newbiggin is a little tired and rundown and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area.

Excellent location with amazing views

Patricia was great to deal with and the welcome package was amazing. We loved the property. Very clean and well equipped. The views were gorgeous. Supermarket, pubs and restaurants all in a short walk. We definitely look forward to returning to Newbiggin by the Sea and staying here again.

Excellent house & stay

On entering the property we were blown away, the view was outstanding. The house itself was beautiful and spotless clean. The owner had great communication when we asked about local things to do. Couldn't of asked for a nicer few days away, we will definitely be booking again.

Expensive mistake

Very disappointed with stay, Although communication with owner was good the property was expensive and overall disappointing. Internal walls should significant signs of damp and paint was peeling in a number of rooms. Water pressure in bathroom as reported before is very very low so shower is a trickle. Main bed mattress very poor condition and uncomfortable, dishwasher poorly installed the local odd job man confirmed this and said it would be a constant issue ,it was. We had planned to stay 4 weeks due to delay house moved but left after two weeks and moved to a hotel,

Wonderful accommodation

The house is in a wonderful position overlooking the beach: we stayed there for 5 days with our 3 Granddaughters (2 aged 6 and one aged 11) who thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the beach despite some awful weather. Patsy, the owner, kept in touch both before and during our stay and there was a welcoming hamper waiting for us, My wife and I hope to return soon for some 'me' time.
