- Air-conditioning is available in the living room & ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms.



- Free parking is available in the carport beneath the balcony. Please note that the space is not enclosed. The bay is long but narrow (2 m x 7 m), so neighbouring cars typically park fully forward or fully back to maximise room for opening doors. Very wide vehicles may not fit comfortably. Additional free street parking is available directly opposite the apartment.



- Due to the vibrant location, increased activity can be expected on weekend evenings due to local venues opening late.



STRICTLY NO PARTY GUESTS

No noise is permitted between 10 PM and 9 AM, and noise consideration is required at all other times. Parties, events, loud gatherings, binge drinking, smoking, and recreational drug use are strictly prohibited.

If you're visiting Newcastle to party, please cancel your reservation. Our properties are located in residential buildings, and we wish you a great time somewhere more suitable—like a hotel.

Breaching this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
