The apto was spacious but the furniture was disgustingly old! The e couch had stays and wholes on it. It was so disgusting we did not had the courage to use it. The cleaning was bellow acceptable.The bathroom had what looked like urine on the floor. The unit smell of cigarette. No wiifi and the garage could barely fit a small car. Only stayed because could not find another hotel to go but would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
Couch had stayed and peaces of the leather missing. Should put a dog on it. Absolutely disgusting
Stools had rusting legs
Decor!! Not very appealing
The space between the toilet and bathe had what looked like urine stain.

There was no contact with staff, everything was over text msg and needed to do self check-in. The carpet was mark and ripped. The leather lounge was dirty and sticky. The crockery was a mix of odd pieces. The patio had dirty footprints.

The room carpet was vaccumed but the other floors were dirty and sticky. The lounge cussions were dirty. The kitchen benchtops and tables weren't cleaned properly. I am disappointed with the poor level of cleanliness. There were pots in the cupboards that were dirty.

Communication on arrival was poor. Reception closed before I arrived although calling in advance to see if I could get early check in. No instructions or information provided regarding lift instructions as one lift did not have levels labelled and no information on check out time etc. The apartment interior was very old and unclean and the smoking from other apartments around was terrible.

Booked a single room apartment, was given a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price. Giant showers in the bathroom, big bath tub. A really great room for the price! Close to 2 shopping centers. Would definitely stay again though.

Spacious apartment but very poorly maintained. Poor cleanliness and ill managed. Details mentioned of having wifi and everything but it was not available. Kitchen cabinets had loose screws and laundry had old rubbish inside them.

Pros: our 3 bedroom apartment was very large and beds very comfortable. Location was great. We walked everywhere and close to station. Nice bars close by. Cons: showers, glasses and cups were filthy and dishwasher didn’t work properly. Reception only open very limited hours each day. Wifi didn’t work the entire weekend. Sliding door to balcony didn’t shut properly/lock.

Newcastle Family Weekend Away

This stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival to the room, the room smelt old, stale and musty. We had to have the balcony door open the entire stay. The kitchen smelt foul only to find mouldy bread and bananas in one of the cupboards. We ordered Thai for dinner to only find one fall in the cutlery draw of a 3 bedroom apartment. The carpet was pulling up, the lounge was in seriously poor condition and felt sticky. The main bathroom roof was rotting away and falling in. Positives are close to light rail. This was apartment 46. For the price we will not stay again.

The staff, when you got onto them, were fabulous! The linen was clean. Had I known that this was a privately owned apartment in the hotel, I would have gone else where. Investment properties need to be invested in. The carpets were dirty (my child's socks were black), the carpet was warn, crumpled in parts making it a health hazard. The lounge was all shiny/grease like from use. The wardrobes didn't look clean do didn't use them. The furniture was cheap, but they claim to be a four star. The kitchen was so so. The kettle was black on the inside. Reception, meant to be manned 9am - 6pm but close early. No restaurant on site The property in very uninviting...
