Situated on popular Ocean Road in South Shields, Sandhaven Rooms offer guests comfortable, clean, and pleasantly decorated rooms with the added bonus of communal kitchen/dining facilities and a relaxing communal living room/games room.

THE SPACE



Spread over three floors, Sandhaven Rooms has eight bedrooms. Situated on the 2nd floor, Room 08 faces the front of the property and is a double bedroom but please note that the room does not have an ensuite shower room/toilet. The room does have a sink, however, and there is a communal toilet and shower room directly next door on the landing.

Sandhaven Rooms is in a great spot - within easy walking distance to the plethora of restaurants, pubs and take-away establishments South Shields has to offer as well as local beaches, transport links, shopping centre and leisure facilities.



GETTING AROUND



25 minutes on the Metro will bring you to Newcastle City Centre and 15 minutes to central Sunderland. 10 minutes by car and you are in the Tyne Tunnel which is the gateway to Northumberland and Scotland. Direct access to the A194 (M) South and A19 South is less than 5 miles away.
