Each room at Stay Coastal is thoughtfully designed to blend a boutique style with the practicality of a serviced accommodation.

You will find a hotel-grade bed with high-quality linen,
with each room including a private en-suite shower room, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

For added convenience, every room features a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, and essential utensils. We also provide a fridge, coffee, Nespresso machine with coffee pods, tea, sugar, and a pint of milk, and individually wrapped biscuits to help you settle in on arrival.

To ensure you stay comfortable, every room includes a fan, and for those that want to look their best, there is an iron and ironing board provided as standard.

For guests seeking additional space and flexibility, we offer a premium upgrade, which offers a fully equipped kitchen including laundry facilities. This is ideal for longer stays or anyone who prefers the convenience of full cooking or laundry options.

Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure, Stay Coastal provides a refined and effortless base for your Stay in Whitley Bay.

Guests can access the property from the front door using a unique code provided on the day of arrival.

This code will allow access to both the main entrance and your individual room for the duration of your stay.

For your security, your access code is only active from your check-in time until your departure.

Please note that no physical keys are required as this property uses a secure keyless system.

To ensure you have your own space to enjoy the property, we don't typically meet you there in person, however, we are just a call or message away if you need anything at all.

You can reach us on the number provided between 06:00 and 22:00 for general questions or local suggestions.

If you have a personal emergency outside of these hours, we can still be reached on this number, but for emergencies only please.

Access & Accessibility: Please note that Stay Coastal is a traditional coastal building. Access to upper-floor rooms is via stairs only. There is no lift on-site. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us prior to booking to request a ground-floor room (subject to availability).

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved pets are welcome. A £20 fee per stay covers allergy-safe deep cleaning after checkout. We trust guests to take responsibility for their pets during their stay.

Smoke-free Property:
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Any smoke detection or fire alarm activation will incur a £200 specialised cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of other guests, including families and elderly visitors.

Local Tips:
We're your base camp. Spanish City is a 15-minute walk, the Metro is 4 minutes away, and we offer free secure parking, a rare perk in Whitley Bay. Personalised recommendations available on request.
