The Space:

This spacious 3-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. It includes two double bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—and a third bedroom with a single bed. The living area boasts a smart TV and ample seating. The dining room comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings.



With its modern amenities and cozy furnishings, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal home for families or groups.

Getting Around:

Here are directions to Imeary Street in South Shields from the main roads:



1. From the A194(M):

• Exit the A194(M) at the roundabout and take the A194 towards South Shields.

• Continue on the A194 (Leam Lane) for several miles.

• Follow the A194 as it becomes Western Approach.

• Turn right onto Dean Road (A183).

• Continue on Dean Road, then turn left onto Imeary Street.

2. From the A19:

• Take the exit toward South Shields/Tyne Tunnel.

• Merge onto the A194.

• Follow signs for South Shields, continuing on the A194 (Western Approach).

• Turn right onto Dean Road (A183).

• Continue on Dean Road, then turn left onto Imeary Street.

3. From the A1(M):

• Exit the A1(M) at Junction 65 and merge onto the A194(M) toward South Shields.

• Follow the A194(M) and continue on the A194 towards South Shields.

• Follow the A194 (Leam Lane) for several miles.

• Turn right onto Dean Road (A183).

• Continue on Dean Road, then turn left onto Imeary Street.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
