The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasant surprise for a late night check in. This was our first time staying at Everhome Suites and we will definitely look for them again. We were traveling with a dog and it was so easy and welcoming! They even had some swag gifts for the dog that was such a nice touch! The cost was only $10 for a pet which was great. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The price is great too. The room had a full size fridge and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the TV even worked great with many channels. It was a great stay and we highly recommend!

There were two flashing lights on the ceiling, one red and one white that flashed all night long. I couldn’t sleep. Toilet seat was crooked on toilet, crumbs found on counter under coffee pot.

PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN OUT OF ROOM. Thankfully, it was not a high value item, but it's certainly the principle of the matter. This is ruined my trust for any future stays at this establishment.

Front desk, and I hate I forgot her name...was incredibly helpful...we checked in with a sick child and she got us extra blankets right at check in and let us know where we could get meds etc. She had an attitude of wanting to be there and wanting to help us. The room was also clean and laid out well with plenty of space for us and some separation between sleeping and living, which I really liked.
