Whether your days are spent beach combing, surfing, or exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, this home provides the perfect setting for your group's Newport getaway. Here's what you will find:

LIVING/DINING AREA:

KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

PARKING:
This home includes one garage parking space and an additional covered carport space. There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered, and pay-station.

LAUNDRY:
The home features a full laundry room with a washer and dryer located on the second floor. Guests are responsible for bringing their own detergent and laundry supplies.

PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

LOCATION:
Just steps from one of the area's best beaches, you'll enjoy excellent surfing and the chance to spot abundant sea life around the nearby jetties. Take an easy stroll or bike ride to explore local restaurants, shops, and parks, or enjoy a game of tennis, racquetball, or basketball at one of the nearby courts. It also makes the perfect home base for day trips to Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland, and more. For upscale shopping, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are only 18-20 minutes away.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
