Combining two neighboring split-level residences, the ground floor features an open 2BR/2.5BA layout, while the upper level offers a spacious 3BR/2.5BA floor plan. Together, they create the ideal coastal getaway for families or large groups.

Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you're eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.
Partial Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, the ground-floor residence does not have air conditioning; the upper residence has been upgraded with air conditioning. Ceiling fans are also provided.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located inside each residence, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: Two garage spaces and two carport spaces. Small to mid-sized vehicles only. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
