Nauti tästä äskettäin uusitusta ylellisestä 2 bdrm, 3 kylpyhuoneistosta luonnonpuistomaisessa ympäristössä lähellä rantaa. Sinulla on koko päätelaite kotona itsellesi ylös ja alas portaita, ketään yläpuolellasi. Se on mukava rauhallinen alue rauhallisella tontilla aivan hotellin ulkopuolella. Voit kävellä / lenkillä ja tutkia alueen luonnonsuojelualueita tai kävellä / pyöräillä joen polkua rannalle. We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's actually someone's home, not one of those soul-less corporate-owned places with no personality. It was neat and clean, with every amenity we could have wanted, including a well-appointed kitchen with a Good wine opener, no cheap stuff. Loved the mermaid/beachy decor and comfy beds and furniture. The surrounding walking paths were beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely. We enjoyed having our morning coffee (which was also generously supplied, thank you!) on the quiet private patio. In fact, it was very quiet throughout our stay, no noisy neighbors. The hosts treated us more like visiting family than customers. Special shout out to Lauren, who greeted us to give a quick tour of the place, and even loaned us her own personal Instapot, then disappeared the rest of the time, yet was still instantly available when we messaged with a question. Like everything else about our stay here, the communication by hosts Karen and Lauren was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our party of three would definitely consider staying here again. Don't hesitate to grab it if it's available!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and so easy to access. What a gorgeous kitchen! The pool and hottub were close by and had plenty of chairs, tables and even grills. It was great that they had lawn chairs, beach towels and a cooler for us to borrow and take to the beach! Loved the location! Wish we were able to stay longer since we didn't end up having time to use the bikes. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The condo is just as described. I would call it more of a townhouse as it is very private. Staying here was a great option away from the busier areas of Costa Mesa or Newport Beach. Excellent communication with the hosts. Very nice, well stocked kitchen and comfortable king bed. Loved the location close to nature trails. The carport is tight as others have mentioned, but overall it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at your home! The quiet location on 40 acres was ideal for my husband, Jeff and I. We totally enjoyed the trails especially in the evening with the lights on. We found the pool area wonderful. The condo had been redone with thoughtful attention to detail. I loved the Viking appliances and beautiful kitchen . The back patio was a popular area for us in the afternoon. The location can't be beat!!

Hot tub was especially good. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Only thing we didn't like was the quilt on the king bed, it was too unruly to handle. Another blanket would be better. Some cleaning products inthe main bathroom would also be good.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was spotless and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet with lovely trails surrounding. We had a short stay and we were not able to take advantage of the kitchen because of prearranged plans in the area but it is a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and every imaginable thing you would need to cook and serve a delectable meal. The outside patio with the lights were a quiet and beautiful spot to have a reprieve after a long day of touring the area, as well as a sweet spot for coffee and reading in the morning. Such a great location for all access to the best areas in SoCal. Look forward to visiting this property again in the future when we have more time to enjoy it to the fullest.

We had such a relaxing time at Karen’s place. The condo and pool met our needs perfectly. Bed was comfortable and we made most of our meals in the fabulous kitchen. We couldn’t believe how quiet the community was and the people we ran into were friendly. Great access to beaches. Had we stayed longer, we would’ve taken advantage of the bikes as there were great trails nearby.

Perfect

This property was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our many California adventures from a concert at SoFi in LA, Disneyland in Anaheim, a Dodgers game, trip to San Diego to see the USS Midway, beach days at Newport Beach and Laguna Beach and with a delayed flight we even had time to drive the PCH up to Malibu and Santa Monica pier! Close to everything and Newport Beach Laguna area is beautiful and clean and safe. The condo was very clean, very comfortable plenty of room for 4 and located very close to the heated pool and hot tub just a short walk, it had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, showers were awesome great water pressure which we don’t always encounter at some other places we’ve stayed at. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this condo! Our hosts Karen and Lauren were excellent communicators and very helpful every step of the way thank you so much!!

Very well supplied condo

We had a nice time with family and friends while there - the kitchen was very well furnished with everything one might need. We cooked a lot together. Great gas range and oven. There were lots of hangers in the closet and lots of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. The guest shower was aMazing. The grill worked well and there were tons of beach towels and beach play gear and beach chairs, etc. The communication with the hostess, Lauren, was very good. The bikes were very comfortable - beach cruisers.

Outstanding stay

It was perfect for my wife. two young kids, and I. The pool area is great, the unit is great. It has everything you need, it’s very simple and easy to take care of and everything is very nice and clean. It was a great stay for 2.5 weeks.

Beautiful stay

This home was very clean, had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive to questions. It is located in a nice quiet spot. Easy to get around, hot tub and pool were amazing and heated! If we come back to Cali, we will be booking this home again! Thank you to the hosts!

Family Thanksgiving visit

Nice two story two bedroom. Stairs carpeted and a little steep, so be careful. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Very small carport but will fit most cars. Nice quiet complex with pleasant open space grounds.
