Great location! It was nice to enjoy a quieter Newport in the winter months. The view from the 3rd floor lounge was a lovely place to start the day with a cup of tea.

Location is great! We had an accessible room which was larger than the standard room The room had a musty smell and 2 of the motorized shades were not working properly. Also there is a charge to park your car in their lot which we found out at check out. Overall convenient for what we wanted but surprised by the condition of the room for a newer hotel.
