Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuoneen talo sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Newportin keskustassa. Kiinteistö sijaitsee askeleen päässä Thames St.: sta kukoistavalla keskusta- / ranta-alueella, jossa sen reunustavat molemmat puolet lukemattomilla baareilla, ravintoloilla, kaupoilla ja historiallisilla koteilla.
Alakerrassa on avoin konsepti, keittiö / ruokasali / olohuone / aurinkohuone. Alakerrassa on useita oleskelualueita viihdyttäväksi tai rentouttavaksi. Siinä on myös kylpyhuone ja pesutupa / mudroom. Yläkerrassa on yksi kylpyhuone ja kolme vierashuonetta, joissa molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on hyvät kaapit ja taulutelevisiot. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja yhdessä makuuhuoneessa parivuode. (Nukkuu 7). Talo on ihanteellinen perheille, pariskunnille tai jopa seitsemälle ryhmälle, jotka etsivät kaupungin sijaintipaikkaa, jolla voit pysäköidä autosi ja olla kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta Newportin keskustasta. Easton Beach (1. ranta) ja Cliff Walk ovat myös kävelyetäisyydellä noin. 20-25 minuuttia. (Ajo 6 min.), Sachuest Beach (2. ranta) (ajo 12 min) ja kartanot Bellevue Avenuella ovat noin. 15 - 20 minuutin kävelymatka riippuen siitä, kumpaan haluat käydä (ajo 5 min). Vesibussikuljetuksiin pääsee kävelyetäisyydellä 8 min. talosta, joka tarjoaa hop-hop -palvelun ja voit tutustua satamaan ja käydä upeilla nähtävyyksillä, kuten Fort Adam. Golfkenttä (Newport National Golf Club) on noin 7 mailia aina (ajo 16 minuuttia). Talossa on kaikki mukavuudet, WIFI, kaapeli-TV, täysin varustettu keittiö, keskuslämmitys ja pysäköinti kadulle 4 autolle. Vähintään 5 tai 7 yötä heinä- ja elokuussa. 2 yön minimi yöpyminen muiden kuukausien aikana.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Thames Street. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Perfect spot for a family vacation in Newport

We spent a long weekend at the home and absolutely loved it. Multiple restaurants, waterfront, and parks all within a short walk (a walk that my 4 year olds had no problem with). Even though bars and restaurants were close, the home was quiet and comfortable. Off street parking for multiple cars. We will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic stay!

I brought my 80 year old parents to Newport to tour the mansions and see the town. The location was fantastic! Only 2-3 houses down from Thames Street! The place was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Very easy to access the house and the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This is a perfect location for Newport, walkable to everything and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. I do wish there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the salty air.

wonderful quiet area but close to the action

Very nice place to stay for a Newport weekend. John was very responsive and helpful. My only reason for 4 stars on "Accuracy of listing" is that it says the place has a Spa. It does not. I did confirm this before arrival but the listing needs to be edited to have that removed.

Perfect Location in Newport!

The location of this home cannot be more perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, newly renovated home to stay in for a few days in Newport, this is the perfect one. John, the host, was great with communication from booking all the way through to check-in. The house is on a small, quiet block at the south end off Thames St so it’s not as busy as it would be more towards America’s Cup Ave. It is perfect walking distance to anywhere in town, including Bellevue Ave where Elms and the other mansions are. We’re from a big city area so I overestimated the size of all the blocks. O’Briens Pub is a great place to eat and is less than one minute walk from the front door. I thought it was probably 2-3 minutes in looking at a map. There are so many great places to eat and visit in just a 10 minute walk. In the other direction down Thames you can easily get to the Park which has a playground for little ones and a nice walkway along the water to see the marina and harbor. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Beautiful house in a great location

This property was as advertised. Location is great with many things within walking distance and also very close to the waterfront. Very clean with three bedrooms and nicely decorated. Had a fun field vacation in Newport with a homebase that was comfortable on a quiet side street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home with lots of Parking!

Highly recommend this home. Furnishings were coastal and cute. Plenty of space to rest and relax after a long day of exploring. Absolutely great location to everything! Private parking spaces are invaluable. Clean and inviting.

Pleasant visit to tour Newport and visit family

Lovely accommodations. Comfortable beds, quality linens, host provided everything needed for home away from home. Clean and comfortable, parking in a driveway was very helpful because on street parking in the town is tight. Would definitely schedule another visit!!

Clean updated home, great location

Four older women had a great time staying here. The home was very clean and nicely updated. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms/ shower stalls are small but very functional, the bathrooms could use some storage for travel toiletry kit. The bedrooms also lacked dressers/space for clothes/stuff. These few things are really nothing when you consider the great location and cleanliness. Contact person responded to emails immediately and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great week, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great for exploring Newport

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely renovated property. We could walk everywhere but it was also very easy to take the car out since the property includes parking. It was a nice touch to have linens & towels provided and there were even travel-sized amenities in the bathrooms. We experienced an unfortunate snafu at check-in but the owner & property manager were both responsive and got it resolved as quickly as they could. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
