- A US $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in via credit card. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking; only service animals are permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old with valid photo ID and credit card.
- Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per suite. Local lodging/occupancy and state taxes apply at or before arrival unless included.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
