Double the size of a traditional holiday home, our spacious 3-bedroom Exclusive Lodges offer unparalleled comfort and modern conveniences to make your holiday truly relaxing. Sleeping up to 6 guests, featuring a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds. Bedrooms feature additional storage with wardrobes offering ample space for everyone. Enjoy the private and very spacious outdoor decking accessible through elegant French doors paired with hot tub. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all included. Our park also features EV charging points for electric vehicles.

Lodge features vary depending on the manufacturer and model and cannot be guaranteed. All our units vary subtly; the floor plan is an example layout only. Travel cots will only fit in the living area of this lodge.

This wonderful location is the perfect place to reconnect with the outdoors and is ideally situated within walking distance to the local coastal walk up to Bedruthan Steps or access Mawgan Porth Beach, or you can move further into the countryside and stroll to St Mawgan or take a day trip to the picturesque Padstow Harbour or Newquay. If it’s beaches you are looking for then you are in for a treat as just a moment up the road, you’ll find the ever-popular Fistral Beach, with its beautiful sands dunes and imposing clifftops it’s clear why this is a favourite for many.. Before you arrive:If you'd like to add any extras to your booking such as dogs, or you have any special requests, please call our friendly park team on 0333 200 2568 and we'll be happy to help. We try our best to accommodate special requests, although these cannot be guaranteed. This includes allocated pitches and groups. If you do have a special request we advise you contact us as soon as possible as bookings cannot be moved on the day of arrival.

If you don't check-in for your holiday on the booked arrival date without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking after 1pm on the following day and no refund will be due to you. We require all guests to check-out by 10am on the day of departure. If you check-out before your booked departure date no refund will be due to you.

Vehicles Only :Only one vehicle is included per pitch or accommodation booked, on a first come, first serve basis. Electric car charging is not permitted directly from your holiday accommodation or touring electric hook-up point. Charging of vehicles is only permitted from specific EV charging units on the park. (Please check availability by park). All vehicles and other items of equipment brought on to the park must be maintained to the appropriate safety standards and you must have adequate insurance including third party cover. Commercial and/or branded vehicles are not allowed on our parks. Number plate recognition systems are installed on many of our parks, so we ask that your number plates are clean and undamaged to ensure easy access in and out of our parks.

Guest restrictions :To achieve a friendly, family atmosphere for families and couples, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel holiday bookings, without refund, from (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) all-adult, single-sex groups including hen or stag parties; (c) solo travellers (if we feel the reason for your stay isn't in line with our family focused values); or (d) anyone else who we think might spoil things for other guests. You and members of your party who are 18 or over may be required to provide photographic identification (valid driving licence or passport) at any time during your stay. Failure to provide identification may result in your holiday booking being cancelled and you being refused entry to the park or being asked to leave, and no refund will be due to you. The total number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation grade or touring pitch booked. We don't knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our parks who: (a) has an unspent criminal conviction; (b) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders' register); (c) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (d) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (e) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don't disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and we will ask you and the other members of your party to leave the park and no refund will be due to you.

If you want to stay as part of a group that would occupy two or more holiday homes, please call to book. If we do accept your group booking, we may ask for a deposit before your arrival.
