Book your getaway today! Condo has air conditioning. Sunday River area is a great place to enjoy even in the "off season". Totally remodeled North Peak Condo. The kitchen is open to the living area. There is a spacious island where some can sit and eat or watch the cook in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. High top table for dining as a group. This condo is on the top floor which means you don't have anyone over you. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks (four single beds). The beds are high end mattresses on all of the beds even the bunks. Ski locker available for renters use. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great family spot

The condo was as described and had all we needed. We cooked and relaxed after skiing. Great ski in and out location.

Central location

The location of the condo was great, though it's important to note that it's on the 3rd floor of the building. There is a locker on the back of the first floor which we weren't ever notified about and which would have made storing our boots and skis easier. Oh well. The bunk room and kitchen were great. The primary bedroom has a full (not a queen) mattress which is something to consider for guests who like more space. All in all, we were very happy with the spot.
