I have been in the Melia hotel 20 times, the front office has been deteriorated, a girl nhi name very rude told me to wait until 2 for check in as I understand the policies there is no common sense and flexibility for only one person ruin the stay and the team effort, other than that experience everything amazing as always

Breakfast options fantastic. Can get quite busy so went early, off-peak. Lobby and wait for lifts can get very busy due to the shear numbers coming and going. Staff very friendly and willing.
