The pillows in the room were bloodstained...and not just a drop or two, we're talking about big stains. Impossible to miss. They thought it clean to just put pillowcases over them and let guests sleep on someone else's blood! No refund, nothing! All they did was change the pillows (3 out of 4 had blood on them) and said sorry. Very unfortunate because they are located close to attractions but for your safety, I would suggest paying a little more to ensure a minimum standard of cleanliness!

It was okay. Building was old, but close to all attractions. Bedsheets not totally clean and we were welcomed by about 3 to 4 insects zooming around the moment we entered the room.

What impressed me the most was that the room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. I’ve stayed at many more expensive hotels that didn’t even offer a microwave. The staff here were also exceptionally kind and cooperative.
