Not the best, not the worst. Front desk attendant was pleasant. Got to the room and it was 2 degrees. the vent fan was on making the room an ice box. Front desk said it was for ventilation. it was -17 outside, that was unacceptable. turned the TV on and it was cranked to the max. Also 20 dollars to park when the hotel is at minimum capacity is madness.

We booked two rooms at one time and were really surprised when we arrived to find out rooms had a private adjoining entry. The rooms were large & comfortable. Check in was great and within 10 minutes of being in the room we received a call from reception to check if we were happy with the room or if we needed anything. Our TV remote didn't work and within 5 minutes of calling reception we had a new remote delivered to our room. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great a large variety of food and all the staff was just so willing to help with anything. I would stay again.

It was incredibly clean, the staff was very friendly and it's location perfect for enjoying things nearby that the city has to offer. We will be using this hotel again!

I had mixed feelings about my stay here. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which was a positive start. However, when we arrived at our suite, it was a different story. The room had a bad smell, and it was much smaller than expected, definitely not like the photos online. After a quick walk-around, we found the sheets had hair and stains on the pillowcases, which was pretty unsanitary. We called the front desk, and while they did send two people to change the sheets, they didn’t seem very accommodating, almost like it was an inconvenience. There were also issues with the towels, as they were too small for proper use, and when showering, the water leaked all over the floor. The walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear everything, even the smallest noise. Our room was at the end of the hall yet we could hear the beeping of the elevator constantly which was on the other side. On top of that, parking cost an additional $20 plus tax per day, and there weren’t enough spots, so we had to walk quite a bit in the snow just to get to our car. Overall, this hotel is okay if you need a quick, affordable stay for just one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The noise, cleanliness issues,parking challenges left much to be desired.
