Good property with a nice Staff, convenient to attractions,,,however the breakfast is the pits,, not what I remember from my last visit to this hotel,, just terrible, its a busy hotel so staff have a hard time keeping up with refilling food,, the breakfast itself was horrible, not much choice, stuck to yogurt and coffee, only issue!

Not bad / not great

Bed and sheets were comfortable and soft, and located really well walking distance to everything! Parking is great as well. Room was very small and lacking major hotel components such as with no where to lay a suitcase, no full sized mirror, nowhere to hang your towel. Breakfast was very bland and there were a lot of fruit flies which was becoming unpleasant.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews online, but our experience was completely different. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials, plus complimentary amenities. Breakfast was included and honestly exceeded expectations, we had no complaints at all. The location is also very convenient. The only downside is that parking comes with an extra charge of about $20 plus taxes per night.

Clean room, great staff, breakfast was great. Pet friendly at an extra cost. Parking was an extra $20.00 per night and if you stay on the 1st floor toward the pool you will hear all the screaming from everyone in the pool.

Loved this hotel was pet friendly but with a $40 fee per dog. Did not like they charged per parking space $20. We had a truck and trailer which cost us $100 to park there for 1 night. So $180 extra fees added to the hotel stay.

This review relates to the property on Stanley St in Niagara Falls. The hotel was fine, but was farther away from the Falls than suggested in the literature. The local area was dirty with a lot of litter and vacant lots. Local dining opportunities were limited with some locations not operating at peak hours. A good hotel but in the wrong place.
