This was our second stay and everything was great!!! The only thing that was a little off was the gym head one broken machine and a pull weight was missing one side of the handles. The parking lot was not very well plowed but they tried to keep up with the snow as best as they could. Other than that everything was great and we look forward to staying there again to make more memories.

We came to this property few days back. We had a plan to stay overnight however we hardly stayed for less then 2 hours and I had some family emergency due to which we had to leave and the water was very severe. I requested at the front desk if they could please consider refund or atleast credits that I can use later to which the desk lady said her manager is not there and she will talk to them for sure. I also explained Expedia and they said they will look into it. Next thing I just get the message the refund is denied. I have been really disappointed, I get the policies but sometimes can they atleast understand the situation and even a partial refund would have been ok but this is very sad. Also for Expedia, I have been using that for years and a very loyal member, I expected them to atleast try and extend the service as this is where it actually matters. Very disappointed in experience overall.
