Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and well decorated room. The only negative I had, was a problem with the TV. However I think it might have been due to a storm coming, disrupting the Internet. Free coffee and muffins for breakfast, also free coffee and tea in the room. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine clean and works well. I actually extended my stay by a day and got a discount. Was also offered a return customer discount. Best vacation I've had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The pictures made it seem like it was a way nicer hotel. mind you me and my other 20yr old friends get there and we feel like we’re in the absolute ghetto, scared to go walk around outside to get to clifton hill… the price was nice but that should’ve been my biggest hint….

Best hotel in niagara

Perfect location can walk everywhere. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The manager Ada always makes sure that everything is perfect for your stay. Rooms are really clean and housekeeping staff are friendly always ask if you need anything.
