We booked a fall side room. That was cancelled as all of a sudden they were remodeling those rooms. Room we got had black hairs in the tub, mold on the caulk in the shower. No coffee maker just Expresso machine. No microwave. Costs anywhere from $35-75 dollars a day to park your car there. Just bad experience, not what we're accustomed too.

It was a lovely stay. I enjoyed that the hotel is connected to the Fallsview Casino. The hotel service for when I needed clean towels or refills on my Nespresso machine was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is walkable to most attractions.

Everything was perfect a breakfast opition would of been nice but the ihop downstairs is great just a bit pricy but over all amazing place amazing staff highly recommanded and will be staying again when i go back
