This hotel was very clean and modern. Was business friendly. Had a great rest on the very comfortable bed. Found it interesting that they provided wooden utensils in the dining area. I will stay here for all my travels to St Catharines and even if going to Tonawanda NY. its the best in the area that I have found.

Rooms were well kept and clean. The front desk staff was super nice and easy to deal with. They made checking in quick and efficient. There was a shopping mall close by with multiple restaurants nearby as well.

Room was clean with very fresh and clean bed sheets and towels. Many parking spaces are available. Great breakfast, Room was in the first floor, hallway was a little bit noisy as some guests were loud, also we could hear easily our next door guests talking in their room. The breakfast was very limited, and served on disposable plates, cutlery and glasses. No glass glasses in the room, so could not even enjoy a glass of wine there (since there is no bar in the hotel). No recycling or composting was available, so everything goes in the garbage. Shame! For $400 per night, they could afford better toilet paper. And the AC was non-responsive so the room was freezing. Not good. No Hilton would be caught dead in the place.
