Transferred reservation

I booked at the Oakes and a few days before received call saying they had mechanical issues and was transferring my reservation to Hilton a few blocks away. Room at Hilton was nice but ended up sleeping in room that air was not working and had alot of noise..Took maintence, phone call and 3 seperate trips to front desk (each time they said come back at a specific time when they had room available) each time they said a different time or would call me when ready to move to a room with air. Finally got to a comfortable temperature room but spent most of day doing back from falls to hotel looking for information

We were told to park offsite which sucked and and checking in took about 45 minutes. The manager checked in people way faster than any of his 6 or so colleagues. Our stay was nice though. Just frustrating at the beginning.
