Excellent Service

The hotel had a scheduling issue and changed our reservation to the Hilton. I had requested a room with a view of the falls and was given that at an upgraded 4* Hilton at no additional cost. Plus, the concert we were in town to see was scheduled within the Hilton. Incredibly please with the Oakes Hotel service.

Very close to the falls. Everything is within walking distance. Very convient. Room is clean but basic. Big tv. ( i didnt opt for the falls view for an extra 150 a night. ) Overall me and family liked it and were pleased.

We booked this hotel for the first time. They called us and said there was a problem, so they moved us to a four-star Hilton hotel and basically changed our reservation. The room they gave us at the Hilton was clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the view from our room was just a tall wall three meters away, which made us feel like being in a cage. It was a very bad experience. I expected that when you change someone’s room, you should give them a better one, not a worse one.
