First Floor Bedroom with King bed and half bath attached. 3rd Floor features cathedral ceiling, game room with foosball, bowling, checkers/tic tac toe, Living/dining area, Movie Room, a Kids Play Room with Teepees, a large Kitchenette & a Full bathroom. Washer/dryer Available for Guest use in the basement. Walk to Falls in 10 minutes!

This home was lovingly updated and decorated! The house is 100 years old and has original doors, hardware, some floors, etc. we are continually updating the property and are currently on contract for some exterior updates to the original cedar siding, windows etc.

Guests have access to the entire home except any locked closets that are for utilities, supplies, cleaning etc

Other things to note
No parties, must be 21+, no local guests unless prior approval from host.
Children should not be left alone at anytime in the house. There is a second floor balcony off the hallway; The door is closed and hard to open and the storm door is also. The third floor stairs are steeper; there is a gate at the top but it does not lock. There is also a railing over these stairs but young kids should be attended to at all times. We have some windows that are being repaired or replaced soon and the windows should not be open. We provide air conditioning in the warm months and heating in the colder months as well as have ceiling fans in each bedroom for guests’ comfort. The skylights on the third floor are tricky to open and close due to the mechanism and we highly recommend they are not opened.
