First off, the outside and the lobby are nice. Old building lots of charm. Then you get to the rooms. One of the smallest hotel room i have ever been in. Two people could not walk side by side anywhere. The bathroom couldn't been more then 7 foot square. Then the shower was maybe 24" wide by 36" deep. I had to stand sideways cause my shoulders hit the wall and shower curtain. When we first got to our room it was about 80° and the floor was wet under the AC unit. Went to the lobby to tell them and was told they would send maintenance up. We went out for a couple of hours, when we came back no difference. They gave us a different room that maybe got down to 75° before we left the next day. They told us the building was from the 1920's. That's why the rooms are so small. We canceled the second night cause we weren't staying 2 days. It also cost me $45.00 a day to park my car in the parking garage.

Irs very bad Hotel and I had bad experience from this hotel becuase I had booked a room view the Niagara Falls , which was expensive room, but it didn't have a view. When we asked them to give us a room without a view, which we paid so much for the Niagara Falls view, and our room, which doesn't have a view, said that all the rooms were full and even charged us $200 more and said that we would get back to you after 5 business days. When they gave us the bill, they charged us more and said that you could have beer and they charged us $25 for it, but they didn't tell us, it wasn't for the 4 of us. They said it was for 2 people and they charged us $25 for a simple beer. 😱 I was not satisfied with this hotel at all because I didn't have a view, nor did they provide proper service, and I paid a lot for one night when I booked a room with a Niagara Falls view, but they didn't give us one.😡

The $45 parking fee was a complete surprise. I have never stayed at a hotel where they charged you for parking. Any food was very expensive. We did not eat there.

No comment from the staff when giving us room keys - we had to call and were told they overbooked. Compensated with free parking for our stay but still sleeping in small bed in a poorly done room while on vacation. Given room on 12th floor. Must ride to 9th floor, get off and take the service elevator to 12th floor. Very dingy. Room was poorly done - decor was not like what is shown on the website - see pics. A/C was filthy and gross. Do NOT recommend. Ontario/Niagara Falls was lovely - had a great time otherwise!

We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the falls and got to enjoy the fireworks show at night from the comfort of the balcony! The room was clean, bed was comfy, and pillows were AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend!

Location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. We were able to park our car in the garage and leave it there pretty much our entire trip. There was a $40 fee to park in the garage. We paid for a Fallsview room which was cool; however I do wish the window had been cleaned before our stay. The room itself was okay. I do wish there was some type of breakfast coupon given to guest.
