The staff was amazing. Our room was insanely large and had a second room for the Whirlpool. It was listed as a second bedroom and was truly a second room complete with an air conditioner (or heater) and a tv. Our room didn’t have a bed in that room but I assume if you need it the have something available. Both rooms were clean and so were all the areas we were in. The breakfast was good and it was a pleasant place to meet up and visit with the other people in our party.

The room was conveniently located by a back door for easy access to take my dog out to a grassy expanse. At first I thought why are they giving us a room all the way at the end of a looooong hallway? But it was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay while traveling home with my corgie. Friendly and accommodating staff, room was clean and comfortable, a nice breakfast selection and the hotel was quiet and away from loud traffic. I recommend this hotel if traveling in the area.

I can honestly tell you that I have stayed at many Best Westerns in my life and this was by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. It was so bad that I had to call corporate and report them. Their elevator was broken every other day for weeks on end. There were so many elderly people walking up and down the stairs and pushing their luggage up the parking lot. The hotel never informed us that my mother had zero access to anything because she cannot take the stairs, and the elevators were constantly broken. My mother needed an ADA wheelchair accessible room and they gave that to her. But, the phone didn’t work in her room and she was not able to access any of the continental breakfast until my husband and I got to the hotel. We had to have many heated conversations with them until they decided to start bringing her breakfast in the morning, which should’ve been one of the very first things that they did. We informed them that the phone didn’t work and they did nothing about it. When we arrived at the property, we noticed that the front desk staff was laying all over the furniture in the lobby and as soon as we entered, they jumped up and went behind the counter. The management staff here is extremely unprofessional. The housekeeping staff is lovely. We will never be staying at this property again and we will make sure that we tell family and friends the same.

Across street from property is industrial and/or doing a lot of work cranes and a lot of construction material. Main issue we had was the bathroom it smelled horrible. ( almost like a cesspool back up) it was disgusting. Another issue I had was when I called the front desk to request wash clothes ( for shower) they brought up cleaning microfiber clothes( didn’t make and sense)
