From the open living room and kitchen you have direct access to a spacious, sun-facing terrace. Starting at noon, the terrace is bathed in sunshine, ideal for enjoying a drink or a good book. The large sliding window creates an open and light feeling in the living space.

The apartment has two bathrooms for optimal comfort. The spacious main bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
