One peak- houses the kitchen, dining, & living room & loft with spectacular views, while the other contains the bedrooms & baths. In between is a covered patio that opens into the living area, complete w/a swim spa (small pool/large hot tub). A man lift takes you to the water & dock.

Twin Peaks on Gull is a newly built home designed to showcase stunning views of Gull Lake from nearly every room. Each of the three bedrooms features a large picture window overlooking the lake. The home has polished concrete floors with in-floor heat throughout, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, Vitamix blender, air fryer, and all the essentials you may need. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa with two recliners and a large 98-inch smart TV with YouTube TV already set up. The dining table seats eight, and a large Marvin patio door opens to an outdoor patio with ample comfortable seating. The home also includes a swim spa—think of it as an extra-large, deep hot tub or a small pool with jets. In Peak 2, there are three bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms also includes a separate loft with two twin beds, ideal for families. An additional loft above the living room features a queen bed, and this area also includes a gym with an elliptical and treadmill. Outside, you’ll find a Solo Stove, a grill, and a man lift that takes you down to the dock and lake for swimming. A Barletta pontoon is also available to rent. Gull Lake spans more than 10,000 acres and offers many restaurants accessible by boat.

Twin Peaks on Gull offers its guests a fitness centre and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
