From your arrival, you will be charmed by the beautiful living space bathed in light, opening onto the garden thanks to large bay windows. The lounge area invites relaxation with its two comfortable leather sofas and matching armchair, perfect for gathering with family after a day at the beach. The atmosphere is warm and refined, enhanced by very careful decoration blending natural elements and contemporary touches. On the dining side, an elegant wrought iron table surrounded by matching chairs awaits you to share good meals in a convivial setting, in a setting that is both authentic and comfortable.

The independent kitchen, spacious and perfectly equipped, will delight cooking enthusiasts. You will find there: gas hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and Tassimo), toaster, kettle and all the utensils necessary for preparing good meals.



On the night side, the house is spread over two levels for more privacy. On the ground floor, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with two single beds (90x190) and the other with a Queen Size bed (160x190). You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, as well as separate WC. Upstairs, two further bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). A shower room and a second separate WC complete this floor.



For even more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation.
