Ample room for our wedding party to get ready and a safe, comfortable place to sleep after! The front porch quickly became the groom and groomsmen’s favorite hangout spot while the bridal party got beautified in the bright and sunny dining room. The bunk beds were a huge hit, everyone loved them, even the couples! We did have a small issue with the smoke alarms, but Mike was quick to assist and very attentive.

Location was good. Convenient to all of our usual haunts. House was very nice, but a few things needed repair. The a/c in one room was incredibly loud. At least two of the bedrooms had hair and stains from previous guests. Floors were very dirty. We all ended up with black feet. Well stocked kitchen? Well... Downstairs shower was amazing but could use hand bars. Kitchen was very nice. I loved rocking on the front porch. Having 3 bathrooms was a definite plus. Plenty of parking.

Bullseye farm house was beautiful we had 12 people in our party and a bed for each one, our stay was for five days the first week of July, I had to contact the host a couple of times for no major reason but he responded quickly and took care of the issue (air conditioner) I definitely recommend this place, great home wonderful host, Michael.

Beautifully renovated Farmhouse with lots of space!

We had 9 adults staying for the weekend at the house. The large kitchen that opens to the dining room was great as well as the number of beds/bedrooms & bathrooms. The area was rural, but accessible. We loved it!

Perfect place for a getaway

What an amazing, beautiful home. We loved our long weekend staying here and we were so thankful for all the added touches that made our trip so special. The fall decorations were great and kitchen extras (soaps, garbage bags, coffee filters, plastic wrap, etc) made it wonderful to not have to think about purchasing all the "small stuff". Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again one day!

North Berwick Stay

Beautiful restored farmhouse that has all the amenities for a wonderful stay in quiet North Berwick. Close to the ocean and restaurants in Kittery. Lovely place and would highly recommend it for a stay in this area.

Wonderful Wonderdul

This property is described perfectly and is very clean, comfortable, and well managed. The master bedroom suite is big and has a huge walk in closet, House includes all appliances needed. Check-in and out procedures are easy and no issues. The host is extremely available and responsive although we didn’t experience any issues. Also, the town is very close for groceries etc. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House and Host

House was completely redone on the inside and was gourgeous, clean, and stocked with paper products. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to York and Oguinquit. The grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Would stay here again!
