Welcome to your perfect year-round escape in the heart of the White Mountains! This expansive 9-bedroom, 10-bathroom home is ideal for large families, reunions, retreats, or quiet group getaways. Located just off the main road and minutes from Cranmore Mountain Resort, you’ll be close to everything North Conway has to offer while enjoying the privacy, comfort, and space of your own mountain retreat.

The Space
- 9 comfortable bedrooms with a variety of sleeping setups to accommodate different types of groups
- 10 full bathrooms so everyone has space and privacy
- Hot tub after a long day of skiing
- Air conditioning for summer comfort
- Kitchen with modern appliances, large dining area, and everything you need to cook for a crowd
- Gaming area with arcade games, board games, and space to unwind
- Play area for littles complete with books, toys, and a toddler-sized table
- Two living rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure
- Large parking area
- Roll-away pickleball net with paddles and balls (make your own court in the driveway!)

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, patio, and front yard. They also have access to the driveway.

Other things to note:
- We are located in a residential neighborhood. North Conway has a strict noise ordinance from 10pm-7am. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Minut noise monitoring devices have been placed around the home to monitor decibel levels.
- Trash is picked up by a garbage truck on Mondays (unless it's a holiday weekend). Pick up is in the morning and there will need to be a path left for the truck to get through.
- We supply k-cups, but if you’d like to brew a larger pot of fresh coffee, bring your favorite coffee grounds and utilize our commercial-sized machine!
- We supply all linens - bedding, towels, and pool towels (please bring them back!)
- We supply propane for the grill. Please clean the grill after each use.
- We have a team of independent cleaners who have their own companies and a tight schedule. Due to this, we may not be able to accommodate early/late check in, but will do our best! Sometimes, they may charge us a fee that will be passed on to you.

We're available to help guests as needed throughout their stay. We have a cleaning and maintenance team readily available should you need them.

We were just delighted with the NoCo house! The home was perfect for our fairly large family group, and everyone having their own bed and bath was great. The home was neat, clean, and very well stocked - much better than any other I've stayed in. The location was ideal, as many in our group skied at Cranmore right down the street while others explored and shopped downtown, also right down the street.The host was more than accommodating and very good at communicating. We couldn't have asked for anything more and are already planning another "ski reunion" for next year...thanks so much!

Great house, great location! House was exceptionally clean, loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Pictures do not do the house justice. So much space for our gathering! We skied Wildcat which was only 30 minutes but Cranmore is a two minute drive. The host, Steph was wonderful. Easy access. Just perfect! Thank you!

Our family was searching for a larger place to stay this year and this house fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room for all. 17 adults and 6 kids. Hot tub was a big bonus. Location was perfect. Right up the street from White Mtn Hwy shops like Zeb's and right next to Cranmore. Short drive to major stores, like Walmart and Market Basket.Owners were great. Quickly responded to any questions we had and made the stay much easier. Looking forward to next year. We will definitely rent again.

The house was perfect for a large family or group. We were 14 people and everyone had their own, & community space. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, it was very well stocked and also with puzzles and games. The host was super responsive. We were sad to miss the hot tub (being installed), but we had a GREAT time and the photos don't do the place justice! More absorbent towels would be a plus!
