Honestly worst experience. I booked two rooms. One was available at the 3pm checkin the other was not available until 5pm. They couldn’t explain why this was the case. When they finally had a room available it was someone else’s room and they couldn’t even confirm if that person had checked out. It was dirty and we were asked to wait in the room until another was made available. Took 20 more minutes to get a room. They gave a free breakfast voucher that was assigned to a different room and name. Just all around terrible experience. Will cancel plans to stay here in March with family for a week. That’s 4 rooms for a week this hotel lost worth of business for march 2026.

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, nice room. I loved having a pool and a small gym onsite. I got lucky arriving when everyone left so I basically had the place to myself which was lovely. Thank you!

I stayed at this property over the Black Friday shopping weekend and, unfortunately, encountered several notable issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was already occupied — an error that should never occur. The same mistake happened to my parents, who had arrived just one hour earlier. Having two guests assigned to occupied rooms within such a short timeframe raises concerns about the hotel’s front desk procedures and overall management. Additionally, breakfast is only complimentary for Hilton Honors members and was fairly standard in quality. Housekeeping is provided only every other day, requiring guests to request fresh towels and trash removal as needed. Given that this is a relatively new hotel, we expected a smoother, more refined experience. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet those expectations.
