This brilliant, pet-friendly home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Guests will also enjoy two separated (but connected) living quarters that have been completely renovated and updated. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment. There is no cliff, so lake access is convenient.

The Upper level Living room has new custom made sofa w/pull-out queen bed and side chair. Lower level Living room has new sofa, side chair and pull-out queen Murphy Bed, and also serves as a Game room with Foosball and Poker tables.
There are two kitchens that sport brand new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The Upper kitchen has refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave and is completed with new colorful Fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond cookware, Kitchen-aide mixer, and many more small appliances & utensils. The lower kitchenette is furnished with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, place settings, cookware, utensils and several small appliances.

Your Property has three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed upon request), a pull-out queen sofa bed in upper living room and a queen murphy bed in the lower living room, and two full bathrooms. Clothes washer and dryer are also included.

Enjoy a morning coffee or dusk sunset on your private wrap-around deck with new polywood table set(seating for 12) , six adirondack chairs and propane fire pit, and 4 burner grill. . Central air conditioning, WIFI and free off-street parking (4 cars) are available.

Guests who bring a boat will have an added $50/night/boat parking fee.
