This traditional cottage offers a cozy open kitchen, dining, and living area, with three bedrooms at the rear. On one side, you'll find a small bunkie, while the other side has a deck for outdoor relaxation. A set of steps leads down to the beautiful lakeside living area, complete with a spacious deck & dock. Additionally, there's a room above the boathouse that you're welcome to enjoy!
The water depth at the end of the dock is approximately 6 feet, and although there are some weeds further out, the owner clears the area around the shore and dock. The cottage is located just in from County Road 504 and to the side there is a shallow bay with abundant wildlife. The dock also offers excellent fishing opportunities, particularly for pike. You'll find an array of water toys available for your enjoyment as well.
The cottage's expansive lakeside deck, dock, & boathouse interior create an idyllic space for enjoying a full day at the lake. Whether you prefer relaxing on the deck or dock or engaging in activities on the water, you'll discover abundant space and comfort here!
