The space
1st floor condo newly renovated top to bottom in March 2024 at Pier Watch Villas II, this stylish and modern coastal condo has a terrific spacious floor plan with 2 stories and spread across 2200 square feet. 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are on main floor without stairs for easy access) and 4 full bathrooms (2 are en-suite) plus a full kitchen/dining room and living. TV in every room, fast WiFi internet, washer and dryer in unit and plenty of storage closets. Beach/pool towels, luxurious hotel quality linens and bath towels and bedding provided.

Great Stay

Condo was completely as pictured with up to date furnishings. There were 7 adults and we all had plenty of room. We had a couple questions at check in and Laura returned emails within about 5 minutes. She also double checked later to make sure all was well. Parking was somewhat tight but we made it work. Short but nice beach getaway for our family!

Spacious and great location

Laura was very communicative. Property as described. Clean. Well stocked, even games. Enjoyed the location right at pier. Outside of property looks a little dated but inside very nice. Bed’s very comfortable. Elevator at property convenient for our wheelchair guest. Would certainly stay again.

Great Vacation!

Our family of 11(oldest 60 yrs and youngest under 2) had a great vacation here! Check-in was easy, the condo was clean, and communication with Laura our host was fast and efficient. Having linens, towels, soap, and detergent provided was a great plus! The condo is just across the street from the beach with easy access. Nice having an elevator to bring items up and down. Would definitely stay again!
