This Deluxe Corner Unit has a bright second bedroom with its own private balcony with stellar Beachfront view's! Both bedrooms and living room have wide flat screen TVs with DVDs and movies, plus in-room paperbacks and magazines for your pleasure. For those meals in, you’ll enjoy a kitchen updated with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash, including a crock pot, electric grill, Keurig K Express coffee maker, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, baking dishes and a full array of table service. I believe you’ll appreciate having a NEW Washer/Dryer right inside the unit too.

Get to the beach quickly by one of the three new elevators, choose from a multitude (18) of indoor & outdoor pools, spas or lazy rivers. Watch the surf while stepping away on a treadmill or other equipment in our fitness center. Enjoy the on-site ‘Bay Watch Café’ restaurant (especially the fast, complete, hot breakfast buffet), Also at Bay Watch you can stop by the ‘Sandtrap’ Sports Bar & Grill and have a appetizer & cold brew or wander over to ‘Fishtails’ Beach Bar for some refreshing drinks and seasonal entertainment. You and the kids could visit the ‘Snack Shop’ or have fun in the ‘Game Room’ all without leaving the Bay Watch Resort! Forget something?...just drop by the gift shop/convenience store for the little things and with vending & ice machines on several floors in our tower you don’t have to leave the Resort.

Bay Watch is located within minutes of the famous ‘’Barefoot Landing’’ were you’ll find a delightful blend of shopping (Ron Jon Surf Shop), dining (Greg Norman Australian Grille or the Crooked Hammock Brewery) and entertainment with Carousel Rides & Outdoor Concerts. Just across the pond is the ‘House of Blues’ and down the street is the ‘Alabama Theatre’ and for you shoppers, there are Outlet Malls too. Drive along Restaurant Row for your favorite Cuisine like Captain George's Seafood Restaurant, play miniature golf at ‘Red Dragon Cove’ or if you are a golfer there are over 20 public golf courses within 10 miles but one of my favorites is ‘Tidewater Golf Club’. Let’s not forget about fishing & boating, we have the ‘Barefoot Marina’ just 5 minutes away where you can find charters or do what I like to do and surf fish right down in front of the condo. On any given day you will see people out there catching dinner lol.

Unload quickly with the 7-floor parking area or utilize the friendly service of the Bellhops. Parking for oversized vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $25 per day. (Note: we do NOT provide daily maid service, nor we stock kitchen condiments. Also BayWatch has a pest control program and needs access to all units, it is random when they service with no schedule. They knock otherwise they have a private code and leave a notice).

Please note that a specific VRBO quote includes linens and departure cleaning at no charge. VRBO adds a different fees that will be disclosed in your TOTAL OUT-OF-POCKET COST. VRBO will describe their damage policy options, (I recommend the $59 protection). Please note that I only rent by-the-week SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
