With a private balcony overlooking the golf course, and on-site amenities including outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts, this comfortable third-floor condo is the perfect home base for your Myrtle Beach getaway. Spend the day on the sand or peruse the shops and eateries at Barefoot Landing, both around two miles away. Popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach and the SkyWheel are around 13 miles away.

At home, wake up slowly each day with coffee on the balcony, then step inside to make breakfast when hunger strikes. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for family meals around the dining table.



After a day of exploration, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or head back down to the pool if you want to soak up more sun. End the night with an easy cookout at the shared grilling area, then drift off in either well-appointed bedroom - another idyllic Myrtle Beach day awaits tomorrow.

The details of my stay

First when I booked I always work with a property owner. This time I was contacted by a company called Vacasa. I thought maybe a scam but they kept reaching out. I reached out about the one review saying to bring your own towels. They assured me there were towels. There were towels a total of FIVE for the entire two bathroom condo. It was exactly enough for me but could you have provided just a little more and better quality? The property is on the third floor you have 36 stairs to climb to get to it. It does say it in the ad. The property company texted with an hour to ask if it was clean I said yes but then you start to notice it is clean for the most part but a deep clean could remove dust from around the doors and lamp shades. The couch could use a replacement as it is very lumpy. The listing said tennis and basketball court. There is a tennis and basketball courts across the way from the property. My son and husband found the tennis courts open and played only to be locked in. I called Vacasa only to find out that’s another community and you have NO ACCESS ago tennis. There is no public tennis. The big pool pictured is NOT at the property. You have to drive a mile to the North Tower to use this pool but no one can tell you where to park without being towed. So you are left with the smaller unheated pool. Hot tub?? Not sure if they really have one. Checkout and late checkout was also a debacle. Not terrible but not staying again.
