That easy beach access is one of the things our guests love most about Ocean Breezy. No long walks carrying chairs, coolers and tired little ones. Take what you need from our beach closet, enjoy the beach, and head back whenever you want. Then cool off in the oceanfront community pool before settling in for a relaxing afternoon nap.

Ocean Breezy comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is located in Ocean Garden Villas on Crescent Beach, one of the most desirable stretches of the North Myrtle Beach area.

We have traveled extensively and have stayed in all kinds of accommodations around the world. We've learned that the little things can make a big difference when you're on vacation.

Our goal with Ocean Breezy is simple: we want your vacation to be relaxing and stress-free from the moment you arrive.

The condo has been thoughtfully furnished for families and groups who want a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf course or one of the area's many attractions.

The Kitchen

The completely renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with the cookware, dishes and basic kitchen essentials you need if you'd rather enjoy a meal at home.

The kitchen counter seats 4, and the dining table seats 4.

You'll also find both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can start your morning exactly the way you like it.

One of the best things about Ocean Breezy is how easy it is to get to the beach.

We provide access to a beach closet with a selection of beach items for guests to use, including:

Beach chairs
Beach umbrella
Cooler
Children's sand toys

Please understand that these items are shared/guest-use items and availability and condition can vary depending on how previous guests have treated them. We do our best to keep everything stocked and in good condition, but we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any particular item.

You won't need the community laundry room, though—Ocean Breezy has its own stackable washer and dryer inside the condo.

Please note that the starter supplies are intended to get you settled in. Guests staying for an extended period may need to purchase additional supplies.

Parking

Two parking passes are provided per condo upon check-in.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times to prevent towing.

Ocean Breezy puts you close to everything you came to the beach for.

You can walk to Molly Darcy's for lunch, dinner, drinks or a little nightlife, and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Mr. G's Ice Cream & Grill are also just a short walk away.

While summer at the beach is wonderful, fall, winter, and spring have their own special charm.

The crowds thin out, restaurants are easier to enjoy, the weather can be beautiful, and the sunsets over the coast are spectacular. It's a wonderful time for couples, families and friends who want to enjoy the beach at a slower pace.

And with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, a jetted tub, games and plenty of space to relax, Ocean Breezy is a great place to settle in when the weather turns cooler.

Good to Know Before You Book

We believe in being completely transparent with our guests so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Second-floor condo: Ocean Breezy is located on the second floor of Ocean Garden Villas. There is no elevator.

There are three sets of stairs:

First set: 3 steps
Second set: 7 steps plus a small platform
Third set: 7 steps

The platform provides a convenient place to pause if needed.

Older beachfront building: Ocean Garden Villas was built in 1980. The building has been well maintained by the HOA and property management, but it is an older beachfront property and may have some of the quirks that come with an older building exposed to the coastal elements.

Water pressure can occasionally vary. We try to be mindful of this by avoiding running multiple high-water-use appliances or fixtures at the same time.

Monthly pest control: Pest control treatment is performed on the fourth Tuesday of each month. This is a required, routine and safe treatment. The pest control team will make themselves known before entering a unit.

No pets: The HOA does not allow guest pets on the property. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Owner's closet: There is a locked owner's storage area within the condo that is not accessible to guests.

Size: Ocean Breezy is approximately 934 square feet. While the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests, a full group of 8 will be cozy. We recommend keeping this in mind when deciding whether the space is right for your group.

Furnishings: We continually update and refresh the furnishings and bedding at Ocean Breezy. Because we are always making improvements, some furnishings or décor may differ slightly from the photographs.
