Our property is within close proximity to Barefoot Landing, the Grand Strand Airport, plenty of shopping, dining out, and golf! Guests will love the convenience of the location of this property, while also enjoying the serenity of North Myrtle Beach!

Entering the condo, guests are greeted by the welcoming living room space! This space features a sofa that converts to a a queen sleeper sofa, accent chair, coffee table, mounted flat screen TV, and entertainment stand! The living room is plentiful in seating and is just across from the kitchen and dining area, making it the perfect space for gathering after a long day at the beach!

Across from the living room is the kitchen and dining table. The kitchen showcases beautiful granite counter tops and full sized stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove, mounted microwave, and dishwasher. Our guests love taking advantage of the abundance of countertop and cabinet space, making cooking an enjoyable experience! We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride of the Fairways. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Down the hall and past the living area is the hallway to the two bedrooms. Guests will find the washer and dryer in the hall closet.

The door to the left will lead guests to the master bedroom. This room features a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser for storage, TV, and access to the private balcony. This bedroom also has it's own bathroom attached, providing privacy and convenience with it's own tub/shower combo, oversized vanity with cabinet storage, mirror, and toilet.

Next to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom. This room features a queen sized bed, night stand, dresser and closet for storage, TV, ceiling fan, and window for natural light.

Lastly, we have the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity with cabinet storage underneath, mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
