Spectacular 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom OCEANFRONT Condo with Breathtaking Views. Our newly updated 2nd Home Unit is located on the 5th floor of Avista Resort. There is nothing between You and the view and sounds of the Ocean from the comfort of the OVERSIZED BALCONY.

For your use, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences and many appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom, and private entrance to the main balcony. The second and third bedrooms feature 2 Queen-sized beds with bathrooms of their own. The living room includes a Smart TV, sleeper sofa with ample seating, new rocking recliner, and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. This balcony is furnished with chairs and table, perfect for outside dining and relaxing with Family and Friends.
*All linens are provided* as well as having an in-unit LG Single Unit Front Load 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.2 cu. ft. Heat Pump Vent less Dryer available located in the Kitchen Closet.
*Also provided are paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toiletries, etc. included in rental rate*
We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.

This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.

During our busy season, our weekly rentals check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm thru the following Saturday check out time at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.
Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3-night minimum.
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.
