This unique and charming cottage, situated only 1/2 mile from the beach and 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, offers a blend of comfort and convenience. Nestled within Barefoot RV Resort, guests have complete access to an array of resort amenities including a splash pad, lazy river, swimming pool, and a camp store. The cottage features a spacious porch, full-sized appliances, and delightful beach-themed décor. For added convenience, golf cart rentals are available through Salty Frye’s Golf Carts.

The tiny home is priced as a 1 bedroom w/ a loft w/ a queen bed, and 1 full bathroom; however, for an additional $50 per night + $25 additional cleaning fee, guests can have access to another full bedroom and full bathroom with walk-in closet, please see pictures for details.

If you would like to have access to the additional bedroom and bathroom, please message me directly after booking, and I will add on the additional $50 fee per night, plus the additional $25 cleaning fee. Bringing the total fee to for cleaning to $125.

We work EXCLUSIVELY with Salty Frye’s Golf Carts, other golf cart rental companies are not allowed inside the resort. Thank you for your advanced cooperation.

The rental is located inside Barefoot RV Resort. You will have your own home, porch, & yard including your own fire pit. The pool is for the entire community to use. The pool is heated starting in April, until weather permits.

You will have the entire home to yourself, including the patio and yard. You also have access to the pool, restrooms, showers, playground, laundry facility, and camp store.

Sheets and towels are not provided.

We are located a 1/2 mile from the beach, 1/4 a mile from a grocery store, and restaurants, 1 mile from Barefoot Landing! All of these locations are accessible by golf cart! Rent one for your stay by calling Salty Frye`s Golf Carts, and they will drop the cart at the tiny home the day of your arrival!

From the Resort, by golf cart, you can get to the beach, Barefoot Landing, gas station, grocery store, dining, shopping, entertainment and more! Either bring your own or rent one from Salty Frye’s. We work exclusively with Salty Frye’s.

There is beach parking on the same avenue that the Resort is on. Cross HWY US 17 at the light & parking is about a quarter of a mile down on the right.

The Tiny Home Community is located inside Barefoot RV Resort. You will have your own home, porch, and yard.

The pool is for the entire community to use.

The home has a 10x10 front porch that is perfect for watching sunsets.

There is a lovely playground for kids to play on, and there are also yard games set out in the outdoor play area (corn hole, oversized connect 4, etc.).

The RV resorts offer a lot of activities such as tie-dying t-shirts, crafts, live music, and hula shows. There are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy in that area, as well.

There is a laundry facility and bathhouse located in the resort.

Resort Information:

QUIET HOURS- 10PM

All unregistered guests must be off the premises after quiet hours.

10 mph speed limit throughout the campground- strictly enforced.
Motorcycles must idle in and out of the property. Motorcycles must register with the camp store or guard house upon arrival.

No more than 2 registered motorcycles per spot

No more than 4 visitors per site at any time. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

All motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, and golf carts operated after dark must have light(s) turned on.

Fireworks, including sparklers, and explosive of any kind are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

No firearms are allowed in the campground.

No playing loud music or music with vulgar language at sites or on golf carts.
Drones are not permitted anywhere in the campground due to privacy, safety reasons, and restricted air space due to proximity of the airport.

All common areas are smoke free.

While alcohol is permitted at your rental, it must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by adults 21 years of age and older.
Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM.

Please do not walk or drive across an occupied site.

Golf Cart Rules:
We work exclusively with Salty Frye`s Golf Carts. No outside rentals allowed.

Driver must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license in their possession to operate a golf cart in Barefoot RV Resort (also SC state law). You must be 21 years old to sign a rental contract.
If you are bringing a personal golf cart, there is a $5 fee and an agreement you must fill-out and sign with the office or guard shack.
Golf Carts operating after sunset in Barefoot RV Resort must have the light(s) turned on. Lights must be permanently attached and at least four inches in diameter.
Golf Carts can`t be on public highways after dark (½ hr. after sunset until ½ hr. prior to sunrise).
Golf Carts can`t be driven on sidewalks.
No open containers of alcoholic beverages are allowed on golf carts.
Golf carts are allowed on secondary roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less and can cross primary roads. All state traffic laws must be obeyed and the seating capacity of the golf cart cannot be exceeded.
Golf carts are not to be driven across vacant or occupied campsites or in other restricted areas.

Pet Policies


Pets MUST be on a leash at all times.
Leashes must not exceed 6 ft in length.
You MUST clean up after your pet and are subject to a $50 fine if you do not.
Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.

*Anyone violating these rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund. Management has the right to revise these rules and regulations.
